The children of Kwouk-kwouk, the frog-woman, bring rain. The native Tiwis believe that, should someone be foolish enough to kill a frog, Kwouk-kwouk's son, Pakadringa, and daughter, Tomituka, would send rain heavy enough to drown everyone.
